How to return the goods if it was delivered New mail / courier?

You need to send the goods to return the delivery service New Mail

What you need to send goods for return:

• The item you want to return;

• Product packaging, all labels and tags;

• A copy or original of the sales receipt;

Note!

Return of goods is possible only if its consumer properties and presentation are preserved.

(no traces of operation and socks, the presence of original and intact packaging and labels).

Goods that were in operation can not be returned! Refund must be issued as usual

How long can I return the goods?

You can return the product of good quality within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase.

You can return the goods of inadequate quality within 30 days, not counting the day of purchase.

When will the refund be made?

Refunds for the goods are made within 5 days after the physical receipt of your parcel at the New Mail office.

Before sending the returned goods, please check the availability of all documents in order to avoid delays in reviewing your claim for a refund.

Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?

Yes, you can make an exchange. To do this, select the appropriate product for the exchange and contact us.

Step-by-step instruction:

• 1 Inform the manager: the number of the unsuitable order, as well as the article and the size of the selected item for exchange

• 2 Write on the check "EXCHANGE", put the check in the box with the unsuccessful order and send the parcel to the address below

• 3 Expect delivery of a suitable product within 2-4 days from the date of sending the unsuitable order to us.

Under the goods of good quality means a product without manufacturing defects that does not suit you.

Return of goods of good quality is possible only with full preservation of its presentation (packaging, labels) and consumer properties. (goods with traces of use are non-refundable)

What is a product of inadequate quality?

Under the goods of inadequate quality means a product that has manufacturing defects or does not match the description provided on the site. Production defects can be detected upon receipt, inspection and inspection of the goods, without its commissioning within 30 days, not counting the day of purchase.
